Senior Java server developer

Glu Mobile Russia – Moscow studio released well known hits like:
Contract Killer, Big Time Gangsta, Bug Village, Contract Killer: Zombies, Frontline Commando for AppStore and Android Market, is looking for an experienced server Java programmer.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve multiplayer solution which is used across our projects.
• Make sure the system scales well and handles large user database well.
• Collaborate with the US server team on implementation details.

Experience:

• Strong working knowledge of bandwidth concerns.
• Real experience of high load server application development which uses distributed databases and load balancers.
• Deep knowledge of Tomcat and Hibernate framework would be a plus.

 Skills:

• Strong architecture and documentation skills.
• Fluent English.
• Citizenship: Russian Federation or Belarus.
• Good teamwork skills.
