Now seeking a Technical Account Manager to support our team serving the Russian market, starting from September 1st.

Your Responsibilities

• Acting as a technical specialist for the sociomantic products and solutions;
• Provide technical support for clients with regards to product data and tracking functionalities;
• Report to the Managing Directors;
• Teamwork with Creative Team to develop dynamic banners;

Your Tasks 

• Supervise and manage technical issues with regards to real-time bidding (RTB) performance optimization;
• Work with clients and colleagues to deliver consistent product performance and develop solutions for product issues;
• Control of tracking and product data procedures;
• Collect of ideas and suggestions of solutions to optimize  campaigns and increase sales revenues;
• Support of account managers in development and  implementation of complex solution offers;

Your Qualifications

• Completion of studies in Computer Science, OR technical certification OR equivalent work experience;
• Digital or CPC ad agency background;
• Complex technical knowledge of telecommunication and data networks;
• Basic knowledge of XSLT, HTML, CSS, SQL and JavaScript;
• Knowledge of MS Office suite;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Russian and English;
• Strong commercial and service orientation;
• Very good communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
• Strong team player;
