We’re looking for an experienced business analyst to lead analysis and design projects in Custom Software Development department. Projects scope range from billing, CRM, and ERP systems integration to automation of service provisioning in external cloud services.

This position implies extensive communication with customer and internally and therefore requires candidate to possess solid presentation and communication skills. Position is Moscow-based, but up to 15% of travel should be expected.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with customer, project and engineering teams to come up, propose, and agree upon solution design and build project deliverable;
• Analyze and formalize customer requirements in a form of software requirements specification;
• Be a customer advocate within organization, driving customer-oriented solution design and supportive materials;
• Be a center of expertise sharing information on developed feature set internally to professional services, development, support, and other company departments.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in business analyst / senior sales engineer / or technical account manager position;
• Solid requirements gathering and formalization skills;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Fluent written and spoken English;
• Willingness and readiness to travel up to 15% of time;
• Familiarity with software development process.

Technical experience:

• Linux and Windows operating systems;
• Hosting services (Apache, IIS);
• Virtual servers (Containers, Virtual Machines);
• Databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL);
• Will be a plus – telecom / hosting billing solutions, tools, and processes.
