RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and deliver high quality, customized Oracle presentations and demonstrations to meet customer and partner needs for information security requirements
- Present and articulate advanced product feature and benefits, product future direction and overall Oracle Enterprise security solutions.
- Design, validate and present Oracle security solutions, including advanced product concepts, future direction and 3rd party complimentary products.
- Ability to install and configure software according to customer requirements into their environment for running proof of concepts task with limited support.
- Manage customer & partner visits, presentations, RFP/RFI’s as directed by management.
- Work closely with TSRs to establish account presence and build trust with key contacts at technical level.
- Become the recognized expert in information security solutions. Keep abreast of all new products, market trends, future directions and the competition for areas of focus.
- Demonstrate a broad understanding of Oracle products across disciplines by articulating product features, benefits and competitive advantages.
- Must have ability to orchestrate a technical sales cycle which requires involvement of multiple resources.
- Develop and manage reference sites through high quality technical, professional client relationships.
- Write technical papers (white papers, competitive, technology, architectural, position papers, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, advanced degree desirable.
- Industry Experience: business experience in the IT industry, 2 years vendor experience with middleware solutions.
- Deep knowledge in Middleware Architecture, Java Development, Integration Technologies, Enterprise-level solutions, Web services management.
- Thorough knowledge of the SOA requirements and solutions In depth knowledge of competitors and ability to position Oracle solutions effectively in competition with them.
- Must demonstrate strong sales and marketing skills.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques.
- Acknowledged expert with the ability to implement the most advanced product features in SOA solutions.
- Strong English skills – spoken and written.
