•  Install hardware and software on site
•  Configure and tune the system to meet specific customer needs
•  Work closely with customers to determine requirements and implementation strategies
•  Write customer interfaces to various types of telecom devices
•  Write custom interfaces to various types of data communications equipment
•  Complete program documentation including customer notebook, design, and user documentation
•  Provide internal technical expertise to customer support and development teams as needed
•  Gather and compile data and statistics for issues worked for inclusion in metrics and documentation  

Требования

•  Degreed engineer in Telecommunications and Networks, Computer Science or related field
•  Fluent verbal and written English is a must
•  Strong analytical skills
•  Experience in telecom and IT
•  Experience of work with different software architectures
•  Good knowledge of Databases
•  Knowledge of Java SE and Java EE - Network Protocols, SNMP
•  Knowledge of Linux system administration, Shell scripting
•  Windows 2003/2008 Server
