Key Responsibilities  

The primary tasks, functions and deliverables of the role.

— Install PA components and 3rd party applications in specified configuration, including:   Parallels Automation Products (PA, PVC, Plesk, Sitebuilder) Windows/Linux based, Active Directory, HMC 4.0
– 4.5 Microsoft Exchange 2007 or 2010, Microsoft IIS 6/7, OCS, SPF, LYNC Apache, qMail, MSSQL 2000-2008, MySQL, PostgreSQL, PHP, Perl Other installation items required by statement of work  
— Review and test current phase work and provide a walk-through of the system to the customer team
— Support project manager
— Ensure customer satisfaction
— Provide business and configuration advice based on ‘Best Practices’ to drive increased customer business success.

Skills and Competencies

The abilities that the individual needs in order to perform this role effectively. 
— At least 1 year experience in in supporting client relationships applying communication and presentation skills.
— At least 2 years’ experience in Software Installation/Deployments (i.e., Linux-based or/and Windows-based hosting infrastructure, Microsoft Active Directory, etc.) — At least 2 years’ experience in Hosting Services
— Readiness to travel up to 25% 
— Intermediate in the English language
— Highly motivated, results-driven attitude
— Understanding of key competitive challenges
— Proven ability to work across virtual teams
