Head of Project Development Unit (Remote Banking Department)

Mission:

• Participation in main projects of Remote Banking Channels development: optimization and unification of phone numbers, optimization and unification of Call-Centers of Societe Generale Russia.
• Administration and development of internal portal of Call-Centers; parametrization of outbound phone campaigns, logics of call routing and inbound calls processing, reporting systems and quality controls for Operators and Supervisors.
• Participation in support and development of reporting system on Call Centers' activities results.
• Participation in testing and deployment of new processes and technologies

Personal abilities:

• Higher education
• Relevant experience in project management
  
• Knowledge of Avaya products at high qualified level: Voice Portal, Dialog Designer, CMS, Communication Manager, AES, Nice Recording System
  
• Professional skills of work with databases including Oracle programming is a must.
• Knowing of PL/SQL (writing of stored procedures, complex queries in Oracle).
  
• PHP, javascript, ajax, java programming is an advantage.
  
• Strong communicative and managerial skills.
• A good command of English.
