Core responsibilities:

  • Planning, creation, managing and documentation of functional, regression, and stress tests
  • Perform manual testing (automated is a plus)
  • Managing QA team of three people
  • Cooperation with developers involved in Scrum

General requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in testing / QA
  • Understanding of QA methodologies and processes
  • Ability to create and follow test cases and other documentation
  • Familiarity with web environments, different operating systems and browser issues
  • Ability to manage and coach small QA group
  • Attention to details, responsibility, organizational and leadership skills, a strong feel for process
  • Experience in mobile testing will be considered as a plus
  • SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge needed
  • Experience in using test automation tools and writing scripts
  • Scrum experience will be considered as a plus
