Role Description:

Duties And Responsibilities:
  • Work on the design, implementation, and deployment of large, complex software projects.
  • Ability to take responsibility and work independently in a high-pressure, time-critical environment.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with programmers, traders, and management.
  • High attention to detail.
 
Experience / Requirements (Required):
  • Core Java (collections, multithreading, Spring framework, concurrency)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Working Linux experience
  • KDB knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with JVM tuning, Java memory optimizations, real-time extensions, performance profiling, is a plus
  • Knowledge of trading and associated protocols (FIX) is a significant plus
