The worldwide consulting company is looking for technical consultant who is interested in solving challenging business problems by K2 Business Process Management (BPM) software technology.  As a BPM Senior Consultant, you will be assigned to define, design, and implement the local BPM solution & perform various integrations with related systems. BPM Consultant work directly with project stakeholders throughout the entire life-cycle of projects to define, design, and implement business process based solution. 

 The primary target is the rapid implementation of BPM solution across various business directions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement BPM based solutions using K2 software
• Setup architecture, install software, and configure for high performance and scalability
• Design and implement complex enterprise integrations with industry standard technologies: SharePoint 2010, DMS (iManage), LDAP, Active Directory, and more
• Lead team on project related tasks ensuring delivery dates are met
• Assist clients in identifying other business process opportunities that could be targeted with BPM software
• Drive BPM adoption within organizations by empowering client resource to become self-sufficient with building process applications inside unit.
• Develop reusable product extensions and by writing knowledge articles based on project experience
• Provide demonstrations and trainings and documentation

 Required Experience:

• Minimum 2 year of Experience in K2 Blackpearl or BlackPoint,  workflow systems, Sharepoint, Infopath , etc
• Deep 3+ years of experience in another BPM system in case of lack of experience in K2 solution is also the opportunity to catch this vacancy
• Good understanding of other related technologies / languages - .NET, ASP.NET, SQL, Web Services, XML, SharePoint Platform 2007/2010
• 4+ years  related experience in IT  
• 2+ year of specialized experience in software delivery or software development (preferable .Net)
• Experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications 
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem solving and design skills
