Main requirements:

• Higher education;
• 3+ years of professional working experience as a Team Leader or a Senior Developer;
• Deep knowledge of PHP5, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JS (knowledge of Java is desirable);
• Deep knowledge of Linux, Apache;
• Ability to lead and supervise a development team, appoint clear tasks and deadlined;
• Experience with Agile (Scrum, XP) is desirable;
• Upper-intermediate level of English.

Job responsibilities:

• Develop new and enhance existing projects;
• Plan, organize and lead the development process of web-services and complex solutions;
• Coach and mentor developers in the team and help them improve their technical expertise;
• Oversee and evaluate team members' performance.
