MS SQL is our primary database system so the candidate must have interest and experience (3 year minimum) as a production DBA with that database system. Someone with 3-5 years Oracle experience that is looking to transition to MS SQL, or at least dramatically increase their MS SQL skill set, is a suitable candidate as we need some Oracle database administration, too. We have MySQL but that skill isn't required yet so would be considered a bonus.
