On behalf of Tobii  Ciklum is looking for Experienced Software Test Engineer, to work with very advanced and cool products. Tobii is a growing company that develops eye tracking products to measure exactly where a person is looking. Based on our world leading technology, we create products for researchers, people with disabilities, interaction designers and advertising agencies. Main responsibilities:

• Provide hands on technical testing and Quality Assurance capability within Scrum teams
• Take ownership and responsibility for all areas of testing within the team
• Design, plan, create and execute technical tests, both manual and automated and both functional and non-functional (performance, stress, installation, etc.).
• Develop, maintain test specifications and test scripts. ∙ Identify test tools, test environments, test data, test harnesses needed to ensure successful testing of sprint deliverables.
• Manage defects ensuring they are correctly reported, tracked and retested in line with the test plan.
• Effectively escalate issues to appropriate personnel, particularly sprint or release test/quality related.
• Contribute towards the development and Implementation of quality improvement plans of the test team processes and procedures.
• Take responsibility for self-development in the role to be able to be effective in the achievement of personal and departmental objectives.

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

• 2+ years of working experience in testing/ QA
• Intermediate or better knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, shell scripting, any test automation tool) and its application in a technical test environment
• Experience in writing test documents such as test plan, test specification, test record and test report
• Experience with Windows based operating systems
• Good English
• An open and curious mind with an interest to understand who is the end customer of the product and how they will use the product
• Experience in C# or other programming languages is a plus
• Agile/ Scrum knowledge
• Experience from Test Complete or equal test automation tool is a plus
