Ciklum on behalf of CSC Telecom  - operator of telecommunication solutions and services for business clients in the Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian markets, is looking for a Strong System Architect to join Kiev team on full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Analytics of available decisions/ certification/optimization
•  Design of new integration decisions
• Drawing up / maintaining projects on software development
• We are looking for strong architect who will work with marketing department (taking ideas) and put them into technical requirements (!): how to do and what to do: taking into account architecture/technical side AND end user side (how user friendly the applications should be, where buttons, functions should be located and so on..)
• Applications can be various based on the market needs:
  
  • an application for Android: then the architect should understand how/what the developers should do and also how it will look like at Android device for the user- if it is going to be convenient/user –friendly
  • application for a new Sim card- where the menu will be, where buttons will be, what sub manure and where will be convenient
  • API of the platform or new function of voice conference…
• When Architect do the review and technical specifications – they give it to PM and PM together with the team make it done.
• So, Architect is between marketing department and tech production unit.

Requirements:

• High technical education;
• Experience in software development and designing;
• Experience with database, architecture knowledge;
• Good English (writing, oral).

Additional requirements:

• Knowledge of mobile network architecture: HLR, SRR, USSDC, MSS, SMSC, EWSD, MGW, SGSN, GGSN;
• Knowledge of ipv4 networks;
• Knowledge of Unix, Linux MS, Windows 2003\2008.
