On behalf of Playtech Ciklum is looking for System Test Group Manager.

Role Description:
- System Test Group Manager will be responsible for all quality level before releasing Playtech delivery to customers. In that it includes creating and approving overall test plan strategy documents.
- System Test Group Manager will be responsible for collaborating with departments who have skilled UAT testers/analysts for our highly integrated solution in a client-facing environment.
- This position includes accountability for overall UAT test plans covering the system release; including defect identification and tracking as well as independently creating test cases if testing gap is found. System Test Group Manager will work with the project team to understand release scope and provide high level estimates and define required UAT Project Milestone and timelines.
- System Test Group Manager will coordinate and manage testing in pre-production and review the creation and maintenance of high level (STP) and detailed test cases (STD) documents.
- System Test Group Manager will also be responsible for the creation, execution and maintenance of test execution schedules.
- System Test Group Manager will ensure tests are delivered to schedule and quality, track project progress and report when required.
- System Test Group Manager will provide detailed defect analysis review at the end of test cycles and identify defects that should have been identified during upstream testing, regularly review testing progress and recommend improvements, and hold quality improvement sessions after completion of releases and identify and implement continuous improvements.
- System Test Group Manager is responsible for leading both Manual and Automation teams in parallel and in charge of implementing a sound procedure for the testing team.
- System Test Group Manager will lead the research, introduction, implementation, update and choice of tools for the manual and automation team.
Key duties include:
- Leading, mentoring and managing a team of Manual and Automation Testers
- Organizing and planning all QA activities and plans relevant to the team.
- Leading the testing strategy of new features, regression, performance and scalability testing.
- Review and guide QA engineers to ensure methodologies and quality practices are followed
- Use metrics and measurements to evaluate deliverables and develop strategies to continually improve productivity, time to market and quality.
- Implementing an automation strategy that minimizes the probability of product regression issues.
- Develop a close working relationship with development teams early in the development lifecycle (requirements and design stages) to gather test cases and minimize back end critical path.
- Must be confident interacting with different levels of the organization
- Experience with working with developers, project and release managers
- Ability to understand how to communicate difficult information tactfully;
- Ability to communicate to external customers;
- Ability to handle, resolve and escalate issues in a tactful manner
- Establishes specific attainable and measurable goals for staff providing on-going performance feedback
- Evaluates and provides final recommendation for GO/NO GO implementation to staging & production environments of Playtech licensees
Requirements:
- 6-10 years commercial management experience in software quality assurance management
- Proven implementation of an automation strategy and tools deployment;
- Ability to review and assess the readiness of a release and communicate its status to both higher management and development teams;
- Ability to clearly explain delivery managers based on well-defined reports and metrics the reason for returning a release to development;
- Ability to report and communicate clearly and concisely to different groups and individuals;
- A true leader;
- Technical aptitude to pick up tools easily;
- Excellent English writing and editing skills;
- Great attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills;
- Proven time management and project management skills;
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently and work well under deadline pressure;
- Keen interest in online gaming or computer games – a huge plus;
- Experience in QTP, Quality Center, SilkTest - preferred
- In-depth knowledge of testing principles and methods
- Experience in an international environment
- Familiar with internet architecture.
- Experiences in using bug tracking system
- Experiences in change control process.
- Experiences in Microsoft Platform, IIS, and SQL language
- Experience in process design and proficiency in MS Project are required
- A high level of general computer system literacy;
