Educational Requirements:

• BA or Specialist in Mathematics, computing
• Working knowledge  of English

Purpose of the Job:

• Support users with their day-to-day IT issues, take care of the office IT infrastructure; support 1C and its users; budget expenses for IT (hardware, software and mobile), interact with suppliers, follow up on expendables, perform elementary ad hoc 1C development tasks. 

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

IT support:

• Support end users with their day-to-day IT issues
• Prepare work stations for new hires, manage installation, inventory and upgrade of hardware and software as necessary
• Undertake routine preventative measures and housekeeping tasks and implement, maintain and monitor security and functioning of IT infrastructure and assets as required

1C support and programming:

• Modify and update the existing accounting documents and reports.
• Develop new forms of reports required by finance and accounting (ad hoc basis)
• Support end users in their day-to-day work with existing/new documents and reports
   

Functional Know How:

• Functional Know-How Mandatory Desirable MS Office X   Knowledge of main principles of TCP/IP networks   Knowledge of hardware architecture and experience with diagnose of hardware problem. Experience with network equipment.Knowledge of services - DHCP, DNS, WINS etc.  Deep knowledge of Windows family operating systems, especially Windows Server 2008, Exchange 2010, SQL 2008, Microsoft Forefront Threat Management Gateway. Knowledge of Active Directory. 1C program code   X Establishing of effective internal and external communication.
