On behalf of our Danish client, we are starting a new team and looking for a Game Developer.

Responsibilities:

• We are searching for programmers to port a game previously released on PS2, Xbox360, & PC to PS3.

Ciklum expects:

Working with large legacy codebase, including tools and asset pipelines.

• Using the PS3 API to implement subsystems like audio, rendering, save games and input handling.

• Optimization using profilers

• Writing SPU code

• Porting of GUI system

• Implementation of Trophies

• Implementation of Sony’s Technical Requirements Checklists (TRC)

For this we are looking for a senior C++ programmers with prior PS3 (PS2, Xbox360) experience

Skills:

• Great C++ skills (5+ years professional experience).

• Good understanding of basic algorithms & data structures

• Experience working with limited resources and with performance & memory budgets

• Basic understanding of operating systems, threads, memory handling etc

• Experience working in medium sized teams, within larger groups

• Experience with long-time maintained applications/source code

• Experience with rendering (OpenGL, DirectX) on modern graphics hardware
