On behalf of Playtech (www.playtech.com) Ciklum is looking for a Senior Java Web developer for new Poker team.

Job description and tasks:

• Development of iPoker client components. Includes implementation of the new client using latest RIA technologies.

Requirements:

• Higher education in IT or Computer Science.
• At least 5 year of experience in RIA development.
• Good knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JS, AJAX, DNS, CDN and proxies
• Experience with Web analysis tools like Wireshark, Firebug, DOMSpy, Fiddler and YSlow
• Experience with any web development toolkit: GWT, WebMatrix, Bootstrap
• Strong technical knowledge and analytical mindset, ability to develop software components independently, including design, high coding standards, and mentoring others.
• Good understanding of a product life cycle; acquaintance with Agile methodologies is beneficial.
• Ambitious, motivated and a good team player.
• Good English (written and spoken).

Beneficial skills:

• Experience with HTML5 development
• Experience with writing HTTP clients and servers (on top of Node.js or some other tool)
• Proactive, able to contribute to the overall quality of the product by improving architecture and processes.
• Background in gaming/gambling industries is an advantage.
