Обязанности:

• Technical support of Human Capital activities (databases maintenance, programming, advanced data processing in Excel, work with HC internal software)
• Data gathering, processing and analysis
• Writing analytical reports/articles based on the processed data
• Communication with clients

Требования:
 

• University degree in Computer Science or Economics/Finance, Applied Mathematics or any equivalent
• Relevant working experience is not a must but would be a plus
• Advanced user of MS Excel (including macro writing) and other applications of MS Office, MS Access, MS SQL server
• Understanding database structure (table relationships, building queries, etc.)
• Fluent English, Russian, Ukrainian (both written and oral)
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
• Positive attitude to work and challenging assignments
