Обязанности: 

  •  Under the direction of GTI Manager you will be responsible for supporting the Bank’s IT activities, carrying out daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual routine procedures. Providing end-users support; end-user administration; support of server infrastructure; administration and support of PABX for standard and Trader Voice
  • Interaction with Company's departments locally and globally
  • Interaction with local vendors
  • Participation in Business Resiliency procedures and activities
  • Risk Management and ensuring compliance with IT Controls policies
  • Security Event Monitoring
  • Procurement and invoicing
  • Performing morning/intra day/evening ‘Health Check’ procedures
  • Day-to-day 1st line users support, incident resolving/escalation across all technology infrastructure
  • Incident Escalation to 3rd Party vendors
  • End-user workstation Installations/Moves
  • Participate as an active member of a team providing ideas and options based on expertise and analysis
  • Develop professional expertise through training opportunities and formal professional qualifications  

Требования:

  • English – spoken/written
  • Russian – spoken/written
  • Working in a highly controlled environment: Strict Change management processes and procedures
  • Ability to Multi task
  • Ability to work under pressure and cope with demanding clients
  • Flexibility (there is often a requirement to work outside of core business hours)
  • A minimum of 5 years working in a banking production support environment
  • Technical Skills and Experience
  • Knowledge in CISCO CUCM (not mandatory)
  • ESX/ESXi v.3.5/4/5 (not mandatory)
  •  Wintel Server V 2003 & 2008 (not mandatory)
  •  SharePoint (not mandatory)
  •  SAN/NAS Technology (not mandatory)
  •  MS-SQL database support (not mandatory)
  • Trading Voice Technology knowledge (BT/IPC)
  • ITIL v.3
  • Experience in preparation of technical documentation and procedures.
  • Project management: ability to work within the project team when required and meet the deadlines in timely manner.
  • Ability to take initiative
