Responsibilities:

·         Expert in transceiver algorithm design for RAN (Radio Access Network) such as, FEC, modulation, equalization, Turbo equalization, Turbo receiver, Faster Than Nyquist technique, MIMO, Beamforming and RF signal processing.

·         Researching, cooperating with industry (e.g. operators, commercial and non-commercial research institutes and vendors) to ensure Huawei is at the leading edge of new developments. This contact work may be through workshops, face to face meeting and online collaboration.

·         Searching and breaking out new key technologies for wireless system that can be used in future wireless system.


Qualifications Required:

·         Ph.D  in communication, information transmission, radio physics, or related directions.

·         5+ years experience on radio DSP processing algorithm design transceiver algorithm and implementation for radio communication, radar or satellite system.

·         Good understanding at least two of the following standards: WiFi/WiMax/ /DVB/GSM、UMTS/LTE/radar/acoustic system. Strong mathematic skill, for example random processes and probability, stochastic process, estimation theory, matrix theory, algebra theory, etc.

·         Strong programming skills of Matlab, C/C++,and simulink, rich experience on simulation platform establishment and performance evaluation skill for developed algorithms.
