Responsibilities:

• Organization and coordination to support a PMs’ key activities with full responsibility for overall solution delivery of managed PM’s
• Encompass program planning, governance and project management
• Manage changes and promote the continuous improvement of project management related processes
• Implements established policies, system monitors and controls to ensure the successful management and reports of all corporate initiatives in the program
• Acts as central information source by maintaining and distributing project details e.g. Contact details/organization charts and contractual details.
• Researches, compiles, processes and coordinates project data e.g. Data entry, report generation, metrics collection.
• Plans and organizes work, coordinating and owning activities with Development staff, integration partners and Customer staff across al the projects
• Responsible for the overall planning of projects by recommending approaches, identifying resources, and developing timelines
• Owns projects budget and P&L responsibility for the project
• Leads work teams of various sizes on engagements; plans and organizes the work for the team; determines, tracks, and reports on priorities and project status
• Provides guidance, assistance, and training to team members and customer staff
• Contributes to sales activities, customer development, proposal development, and closing sales

Requirements:

• Experience:
  
  • Minimum of 5 years application software implementation experience and expertise in applying technology solutions to meet customer needs
  • Minimum of 5 year working in similar role
  • Knowledge of IT networking or Telecommunications experience (Fixed, Mobile Voice, Data/IP , Transmission systems, VoIP, Wireless  and/or other enhanced services) as well as BSS/OSS applications is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of R&D and delivery project lifecycle. Development/architect experience is a plus.
  • Detailed experience with project management methodologies like ISO or CMMI and PMP and associated tools. SI experience is a plus
  • Ensuring formal acceptance of project results and delivery results to customer
  • Experience in managing of different scale projects
