• Ownership and responsibility of the teams deliverables, managing deadlines, requirements and features;
• Mentoring and training more junior developers;
• Creates and executes project plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements;

Requirements:

• Experience with Java, ActionScript, PHP, MySQL;
• 3+ years experience as developer of commercial solutions;
• 2+ years  team leading experience;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluent English.
