About the company

Client is company based in between Rotterdam and Hoek van Holland, in the Netherlands. Client is growing in a steady pace and since 01.01.2012 the team has grown to 1 employees, of which are web developers (front end and back end) and are project managers. They have a wide range of customers, which they offer several web based technical solutions. Which are merely based on our own build CMS, TOOLBOX.

As the team is young, the culture is very open and relaxed. Although the teams like to work hard and are dedicated to deliver good quality code. And are eager to get the project done in time. Because they provide customers with custom build solutions, they like to think ahead and advise the customers in making certain decisions. You as a developer can also have a part in this advise. So provide our customers not only the solution, but even more.

About the project(s)

The projects within client are for weeks up to several month. This because they have wide range of customers. The projects are very divers. The smaller ones you will do by yourself, the bigger ones in a team. If you will work in a team you will be equal to the other developers with a Project Manager of client. They expect you to code follow the rules and Object Oriented. Besides projects for customers, Client has his own CMS, called Toolbox. You as a developer will work on this CMS on a regular bases. And extend it based on the FD and TD provided by the Project managers of client. Because they are growing in a steady pace there is a possibility client will expend her team in the Ukraine, so there are opportunities to become a Team Lead.

Required:

• Minimum 4years of relevant experience with JAVA EE6
• Experience with JPA/Hibernate and Spring
• Experience with HTML(5),CSS(3) and AJAX
• Experience with XML
• Experience with Apache and Tomcat
• Experience with databases (my SQL)
• Experience with design patterns like MVC
• Good command of English
• Software Architecture/Engineering/Design
• Affinity with Linux
• Flexibility in working hours
• Willingness to travel

• Preferably experience with Sybase
