Responsibilities:

  • Sakhalin Branch 1st-2nd line support (general IT Service Desk activities, user and equipment support).
  • Support of CBR payment exchange system, reporting software & crypto keys of Sakhalin Branch.
  • Limited support of online-banking customers of Sakhalin Branch. Participation in a new online-banking system implementation and customers’ migration.
  • RBS Russia IT infrastructure support, incidents and IT requests resolution (including Moscow HQ, Sakhalin & St. Petersburg branches).
  • Management and support of servers (up to OS level), system software and applications.
  • Administration of user accounts and rights in Windows AD-based environment.
  • Work on various IT-related projects and tasks in team with local and global RBS IT departments’ specialists.
  • Communications with external providers and equipment vendors.
  • Asset management, inventory of equipment.
  • Daily routines execution and other possible IT Infrastructure and Service Desk activities.

Requirements:

  • Complete higher education (university degree).
  • 3+ years experience of managing complex IT infrastructure, preferably in foreign companies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Server family software and technologies (key ones are Windows Server, ISA, MS SQL Server).
  • Experience with VMware vSphere 4/5 virtualization technologies.
  • Clear understanding of Incident Management and Change Management principles.
  • Ability to quickly investigate and understand previously unknown IT systems to efficiently support it.
  • English – Intermediate level (both spoken and written, advanced/fluent is a plus).
  • Good communication skills, team-oriented working style.
