We are currently seeking professionals to work as Oracle Administrator (Code: OA 200) to work in international projects. The approved candidates will have opportunities to travel abroad, work closely with foreign colleagues, to develop themselves with challenging tasks.

Responsibilities for this position will include (but are not limited to):

• Installing database software, maintaining and performance tuning.
• Level 3 troubleshooting and resolution of database problems.
• Performing database upgrades including planning, scheduling, testing, and coordination with the customer.
• Performing and monitoring database backups and recoveries.
• Producing documentation for use in configuration, repair and troubleshooting of managed database systems.
• Participating in capacity planning.

Successful candidates should correspond to the following required competencies / skills:

• 2+ years experience in Oracle Database administration.
• Oracle RDBMS installation, tuning, and version upgrades on RedHat Linux, Solaris, AIX, Windows.
• Expertise in Oracle 9i, 10g, 11g versions.
• Extensive experience with Oracle 10g and 11g Data Guard and ASM.
• Experience in 11g RAC support.
• Strong knowledge of data warehouse support (partitioning, Oracle Warehouse Builder, backup and recovery).
• Implementing disaster recovery and backup solutions using TSM and HP DataProtector software.
• Expertise in SQL tuning.
• Experienced Unix user (bash, shell scripting, etc.).
• Good command of English.
