Responsibilities:

• Collection of business requirements, communication with business side;
• Documentation of requirements, design of software usage scenarios, business-modeling;
• Analysis of requirements to corporate software, requirements specification as technical description, snapshot of knowledge, user interface prototype, data exchange interfaces, etc.;
• Requirements approval with business departments and developers;
• Team knowledge management (delivery of knowledge to the team);
• collection, analysis and processing of change requests for business-processes and corporate software, formalization of these requests and its implementation via developers' team;
• Development and usage of test cases;
• Taking part in development and specification of project solutions;
• Planning of software products development and updating with its developers
• IT-project management (IT software implementation), its budgeting and budget controlling
• IT software maintenance (local level), coordination and control of maintenance by IT software developer,
• Expertise in IT software, user consulting in corporate IT software area
• SLA-oriented work, coordination and control of SLA parameters

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Higher education (5-6 year master's degree preferably IT, IT-management, physic-mathematical)
• Insurance business-analysis expertise from 2 years +, preferably in a multinational company
• Project-management competence
• Good knowledge of business analysis methods and its usage
• Knowledge of basic kinds of requirements to corporate software, of features its revelation and description, understanding of roles and importance of requirements and architecture for processes of software development
• Skills of usage case-tools, MS Visio, MS Office
• Experience in implementation of corporate software
• understanding of common principles and techno-logical and development tools areas (Java, C++, .NET), wide overview of IT area
• Skills in clear, defined documents design (orthography, business style, shortness, argumentativeness), project & analytic reports design
• English - upper intermediate
