Scope of project

API/Software components are designed for connectivity technology (Connection Manager, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, NFC, etx.) under Android OS.

The projects are dedicated for Motorola Solutions on tablets, radio, handheld devices.

Scope of  Responsibilities/Expectations  

•   Automated/manual testing under Android;
•   API testing under Android: Junit, CTS
•   Test case development, test automation support;
•   Analysis of obtained test results, log collection;
•   New features/protocols/profiles testing; 
•   Project documentation analysis
•   Test documentation support;

 Specific Knowledge/Skills Required:

•  Knowledge of Test process, test types;  - Knowledge of different automated test approaches  for Android API /software/driver testing under Android OS;
•  Knowledge of Android OS (installation, setup, configuration);
•  Java, JUnit knowledge;
•  Experience (at least 1 year) in Android API/software testing for Android OS;
•  Experience with version control systems and bug tracking tools;
•  Knowledge of Test documentation writing (test cases, test plans);
•  Experience of work with hardware equipment (code loading, debugging, testing of SW on real HW,  configuration);  - Good technical English;
•  Good team work skills;
