We're hiring and looking for senior developers to expand our WebCenter development division based in Kyiv, Ukraine.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Closely work with business analysts on the specification and requirements establishment phase
• Create implementation design and specifications. Keeping a balance between classic design and evolutionary design for agility
• Lead implementation efforts of product sub-systems according to requirements and design specifications.
• Lead stabilization efforts of the developed sub-systems. Performance measurements and optimizations, debugging and troubleshooting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master/Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3+ Years of experience with Java SE/EE
• 2+ Years of experience with Javascript
• Excellent Debugging and Profiling Skills
• Strong Interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Familiar with product development processes and development methodologies
• Fluent in written and spoken English

PREFERRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Knowledge and passion to Mathematics/Statistics/Algorithms is a big advantage
• Expertise in building systems working in a clustered environment is an advantage
• Expertise in Java and Web security is an advantage
• Experience of building rich and dynamic user interfaces with Javascript technologies(or other RIAs frameworks) is a plus
• Experience with high volume deployments of SQL/NoSQL databases is an advantage
• Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban is an advantage
