Required skills:

• Strong knowledge of OOP, basic data structures and algorithms.
• Software development using Java or C/C++ or Erlang programming languages.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Multithreading programming.
• English reading and writing

Desirable experience:

• Developing distributed software
• J2EE and/or JBOSS application server
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, XML/XSL/JSON, HTML, and associated modern technologies
• Working with relational/NoSQL DBMS
• Non-procedural programming or applying functional-style concepts professionally, experience with Erlang
• Algorithms development and optimization, mathematical statistics
• Proficiency with agile methods and/or continuous integration

Responsibilities:

As a Software Engineer you will focus on the design, development and maintenance of the Virtual Call Center product functionality. Specifically these Engineering roles will work within the Platform Outbound and Inbound Campaign's development team to develop high-quality software for a successful platform product within established product release cycles. The software is a SaaS platform, so we are interested in candidates who can demonstrate technology agility, good coding, algorithm development and optimization skills.
