Ignite Ltd, International software development outsourcing company invites highly skilled and experienced Senior J2EE developer to take full time position in our Kiev or Kharkov office.

About the project:

• A startup developing optimization solutions in the social games space, is looking for a senior Java developer to join its back-end team.

Responsibilities

• Develop new system modules
• Confront and resolve scalability issues
• Expand functionality in existing systems
• Develop and support production systems
• Fix problems reported by the QA team

Education       

•  Requires BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field

Requirements/Experience Qualified Candidates will meet or exceed the following requirements:

• 5+ years Java/J2EE experience with at least 2 years of experience with large scale and complex systems
• Background in web application architectures
• Strong understanding of database (SQL)
• Excellent communication skills - written and oral
• Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
• Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
• Good project/time management skills
• Provide good estimates, and realistic implementation schedules for tasks, projects and initiatives

Demonstrated proficiency in the below tools/environments will be highly regarded:

• Linux
• MySQL
• Amazon cloud
• Web Application Server – Tomcat
• Eclipse
