This innovative assignment will require an individual that is comfortable debugging and manipulating the Window OS. We have positions open to join a leading edge team located in company's development center in St.-Petersburg, Russia.

Responsibilities:

• You will be part of an international team working on new and emerging technologies related to the Windows operating systems. In this position, you will be responsible for research, developing, implementing, and maintaining Embarcadero AppWave™ virtualization technology .
• AppWave virtualization allows guest application to run within a controlled environment on host system.
• Among many features this allows the application to be streamed and run on local machine without installation.

• Needs to have experience in the following areas:Writing Windows Drivers
• Proven C/C++, STL, ATL, MFC, COM/DCOM expertise
• Deep expertise with Windows OS and Win32 (understand how application loads and interfaces with the file system)
• Exposure to system debugging
• Efficient problem duplication and strong skills to analyze and solve problems
• Ideally, experience in the following areas:Worked on (or extended) a Hypervisor
• Experience using MS Visual StudioWriting file system drivers
• Worked on (or extended) Application Virtualization (App-V, XenApp, ThinApp, Symantec Endpoint, Spoon)
• Good exposure to design patterns and object oriented design concepts
• Strong understanding of thread management 
• Exposure to system debugging
• The ideal candidate will have relevant experience within commercial software development and a Bachelors/Master Degree  in computer science, mathematics, or software engineering.
