Itera Consulting Ukraine, a leading provider of innovative digital solutions, is looking for the talented and highly motivated specialist on the position a PowerBuilder/Delphi developer to work at Lviv office.

Candidate will work in team of 4-5 persons dedicated to Denmark-based customer. Team will be responsible for development and maintenance of several web-based and desktop systems in HR domain - entering and updating employee profiles, time reporting forms, sickness leaves, vacations and other HR-related functionality. Preparing recommendations on system architecture, extending business domain model, integration with other solutions, design of physical and logical layouts of the system is also a part of responsibilities.

Team will work according to Scrum process and will follow Multiple Quality Gates procedure to ensure quality on all stages of product lifecycle. There are planned visits to customer (Denmark) to build relations and facilitate good communication between involved people.

Professional requirements:

Mandatory requirements:

• Good knowledge of PowerBuilder
• Experience with relational databases, especially with MS SQL 2005/2008
• Knowledge of unit-testing, continuous integration, using TFS as code repository
• Deep understanding software product lifecycle, quality assurance approaches
• At least intermediate level of English

Optional requirements:

• Experience with VB or VB.Net is desirable - one person in team must have this knowledge
• Knowledge of Delphi is preferable, since there are some legacy versions in use
• Experience leading teams and working in distributed Scrum
• Knowledge of UML, architecture modeling is a plus
