Responsibilities:

• Develop QA strategies and Test plans
• Test cases design
• Functional, regression, load, performance and integration testing
• As a QA Lead interact with Moscow, London and US teams
• Active participation in test coverage expansion and testing process improvements
• Manage test issues and risks
• Report back on testing activities to team managers

Requirements:

• 5  years of professional experience of working in Quality Assurance area
• QA SME
• Mathematical or IT background
• Understanding software development and testing processes.
• Understanding of modern test methodologies
• Excellence in test management, ability to put together the QA strategy, and Automation strategy as well
• Experience in manual testing of complex distributed systems, integration testing which involves downstream and upstream systems
• Experience working in the Agile fast -paced environment/ iterative development life cycles.
• Strong technical background
• Experience with SQL, Unix commands
• Strong test analysis skills i.e. ability to design test cases using different test techniques
• Ability to work both independently and as a team
• Good written and spoken English
• Self-motivated, flexible with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in the investment banking, Market Data area
• Carefulness
• Willingness to study new areas
