GlobalLogic is looking for an Automation Test Engineer to join our QA team.

Today we are looking for doers, smiles, problem solvers, hard-workers, fast-learners, collaborators and innovators testers.

Required skills:

• Knowledge of at least one object oriented programming language (Java or Objective C);
• Knowledge of OOP;
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and approaches, testing documentation and types of testing;
• Understanding of functioning principle of client-server applications;

Optional:

• Advanced user of Windows (XP, Vista, 7) / Macintosh OS (Leopard, Snow Leopard, Lion);
• Basic knowledge of Android's architecture, understanding of application's life-cycle inside Davlik VM;
• User experience with Android and/or iOS;
• Understanding of life-cycle of iOS application;
• Knowledge of different web/communication technologies, markup languages (at least one): AJAX, JSON, XML, XPATH, HTML, CSS;
• Experience with at least one of the following automation tools: Selenium, Robotium, UIAutomation;
• Knowledge of JUnit framework (or analogies xUnit);
• Knowledge of TDD (Test Driven Development) methodology;
• Experienced with:
• Bug-tracker: Jira;
• Knowledge base: Confluence;
• Continuous integration system: Bamboo;
• Test management system: Test Manager (Team foundation server);
• Source control: SVN.
