About client : For over 30 years, CLIENT has focused on predicting, detecting and visualizing disruptive weather. Not just the severe weather that makes headlines a few weeks each year, but the subtle weather stories that touch audiences every day. From hurricanes to heat waves, blizzards to balmy skies, CLIENT gives their clients the superior tools, data and images to tell the story of every kind of disruptive weather first and best. Most major TV channels use their products every day and bring best weather shows to millions (or even billions) of people.

About project : The goal of the project is to bring advanced visualization of various weather events, make the data go all the way from data base to the video output.

New graphics techniques discovering, math algorithms implementation, design with performance in mind, efficient memory management, refactoring and efficient concurrency design are in scope of the project.

Technical description:

• Technical background - administration, configuration (Windows )
• No specific AT tools to be used - AT engineer will work with proprietary tools, call API, use the same technologies development team uses (.NET, C++)
• UI intensive apps
