Responsibilities:
As a Technical Lead at Deasign:
  • You are a passionate developer with experience of leading teams, preferably as a Scrum Master.
  • You are responsible for our technical processes.
  • You have an extensive experience of agile processes Scrum/Kanban.
  • You are our project managers’ best friend, helping them understand the technique.
  • You are at meetings with our clients.
  • You understand our clients’ business.
  • You communicate technicalities in a way that makes complicated clear and simple.
Your technical abilities:
  • You are comfortable in doing architecture for e-commerce, etc.
  • You know PHP, etc.
  • Relevant work experience including industry experience.
  • Substantial knowledge of UNIX/Linux or Windows environments.
  • Strong distributed systems and architecture knowledge and experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in problem solving and technical innovation.
 
Terms and conditions:
  • Working at Scandinavian origin company with offices at Stockholm, Helsinki and St. Petersburg.
  • Proper employment procedures (according to the Russian employment and labour legislation).
  • White salary right on time. Salary level is based on previous experience and individual interview results.
  • Work up to 40 hours a week. Fixed working time per day.
  • 5 weeks of vacation per year.
  • Office in downtown of St. Petersburg (city centre).
  • Interesting and challenging tasks within projects for Russian and European clients.
  • Sharp and awake top-management, right-minded team.
  • Business trips to Stockholm at company’s cost.
