XPI Inc. is a leading provider of disclosure solutions for corporate executives, accounting, legal and investment professionals, through the DisclosureNet product.

XPI's product, DisclosureNet, is an easy-to-use online solution used to find, organize and share critical information contained in annual reports, financial statements, contracts and millions of other documents filed in the US, Canada, Australia and the UK by public companies and mutual funds. More than 15,000 lawyers, accountants, investors, and corporate executives at over 530 firms - as well as a growing number of regulators - rely on DisclosureNet for their disclosure information.

The project team uses modern technologies: C# 4.0., ASP.NET 4.0, AJAX.

Responsibilities

• Web Developer will work in a team of 6-10 people for a Canadian company.

• The team architect is located in Canada and will visit Kiev every few months to spend 2 weeks with the team.

• When the architect is not onsite they will communicate with him via Skype and Email.

• On daily basis, candidate will report to team lead and will be responsible for tasks assigned by him.

 • They will be working on parts of a Web-based disclosure data search system using Visual Studio 2010 and SQL Server 2008.

Requirements

• 2+ years ofASP.NET and C#experience.

• 2+ years of JavaScript, HTML and CSS experience.

• AJAX experience and knowledge is a plus.

• Some experience with XML and XML schemas is a plus.

• SQL Server experience is a plus.

• Good spoken English skills are required to lead the communication with the client.

• B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or similar.
