Skelia invites System Administrator (ref: SU-SA-03) for long-term and full-time employment at its service center in Lviv, Ukraine.

Skelia  is an international company headquartered in Luxembourg, providing IT and business capacity outsourcing to market of Benelux countries.

YOUR PROFILE

• Higher education in computer science/technical field
• Over 3 years of technical support experience in hardware/software area
• Expert in Windows systems administration and related
• Experience with Linux Administration
• Expertise in configuring switches and routers (Cisco)
• Knowledge and troubleshooting expertise of VMware and virtualization technologies is a plus
• Knowledge of VoIP principles is a plus
• Experience with MS Exchange administration is a plus
• Good level of written and spoken English
• Good communications skills
• Planning and ability to multitask effectively

YOUR MISSION

You will provide high quality support of Skelia infrastructure, employees and customer requests. You report to the Team Leader in Lviv and your primary responsibilities will be:

• Develop and maintain network infrastructure: Servers, VM, switches and routers
• Support Skelia servers and services: VoIP, Mail, Company portal, AD, Access and more
• Support Skelia users and workstations, resolve customer requests
