• Deutsche Bank is a leading provider of liquidity in FX Derivatives market. A distributed FX Derivatives development team consisting of developers in Moscow and London has been a key contributor to the success of the business.
• dPrice team is a part of the global FX Derivatives team. It is responsible for delivering of the distributed valuation platform for risk, pricing and calibrations. Our team faces exciting challenges: numerically intensive calculations with a vast variety of incoming market data and traded FX products: vanilla options, exotics, structured products. Main focuses are: reliability, scalability and performance. This is a fast developing project which is critical for further growth of Deutsche Bank FX Derivatives business. 

Position description

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Developer who takes pride in providing high quality, high performance re-usable components whilst demonstrating the capability to deliver projects on time. We are looking for those individuals who are enthusiastic to discover the latest emerging technologies and have the academic background to apply at work.

Requirements:

• Commercial Java development over 5 years
• Knowledge of software development cycle
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of distributed systems: networking, concurrency, fault tolerance, real-time systems, messaging, databases
• Math background
• Problem solving skills
• Be able to document changes and write specifications

Preferred

• C# and C++ knowledge
• Knowledge of best practice development: Agile, Test-driven development
• Practical experience of developing and testing of large multi-tier systems
• Experience in integration testing which involves downstream and upstream system
• Good English: both written & spoken
