• Triage issues as they arise, root cause to test or development failure, work with development groups to resolve
• Design, implement, and test bug fixes as well as new features/enhancements
• Provide training/TOIs to Support engineers

• Bachelor*s degree (preferably in Computer Science or a related field) with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience
• Must have extensive knowledge of Fibre Channel, iSCSI, and NAS storage environments
• Self Starter, loves to learn
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task and to adapt easily to change
• Driven, self-motivated, with a strong work ethic, an individual who has a passion for problem solving  
• Experience in C, Perl scripting, Python and shell programming 
• Experience with Windows Active Directory administration is a plus.
• Experience with network traffic analysis is a plus (Wireshark, NetMon)
• Knowledge of Solaris is a plus
• Knowledge of NFS, CIFs is a plus
• Knowledge of Dtrace is a plus

•  Good communication skills, English
