Senior Java Developer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementing our Hadoop Cluster solution (HDFS)  including integration with rSync.
• Responsibilities include code design, code reviews from peers and with peers, unit testing, and great documentation of one’s own code.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Java programming a must, as well as being comfortable working with Linux/Apache environments.
• Direct experience with HDFS implementations preferred.
• The ideal professional here will be a creative engineer who prides him/herself of every check-in, every feature built, and never complains about having to create unit tests (sees them as a benefit, not a burden).

PSafe is a cloud-based anti-virus and storage/file sharing service. We offer the A/V for free and charge for the cloud storage/file sharing service.
