IT&T, a consulting agency in UK, Switzerland, Luxemburg and Ukraine, that provides key accounts (aerospace, armament, banks, chemicals, energy, logistics, telecoms and transports) advice in the fields of General Management and Information Systems is looking for a candidate for a Mac Developer full-time position in Kiev's (Ukraine) subsidiary.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for development of great Cocoa software in the field of digital photography.

Essential Functions:

• Working with product management and engineering team members on the delivery of high quality Mac OS X applications, the candidate will have the following responsibilities:
  

  • User interface design and development on the Mac platform

  • Develop, test and evaluate new features

  • Debugging, refactoring and engineering support for current products

  • Meet schedule commitments and performance expectations

  • Deliver efficient and maintainable code

Required Qualifications

• The candidate should have a BS, BA, or advanced degree in computer science, engineering or related field, or relevant work experience. This position requires a strong experience of Cocoa desktop application development. The candidate should have the following qualifications:
  

  • 2+ years experience of Cocoa development

  • Strong knowledge of Cocoa and Objective-C

  • Experience with Xcode and Interface Builder

  • Understanding of OO design patterns and concepts

  • Understanding memory management in a Cocoa environment

  • Experience of Cocoa Bindings technology is a big plus

  • Experience of integrating C++ code in a Cocoa application is a plus

  • Experience of programming with Core Data is a plus

• Candidates should also be familiar with the Mac OS X runtime architecture as well as performance optimization strategies on the Mac. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with C++ and a 3D graphics API such as OpenGL. Familiarity with using web services is also very helpful. An enthusiasm for digital photography is very welcome.
