Svitla Systems Inc. is seeking for Senior Ruby On Rails Developer, Team Leader for full time (40 hours per week) in Kiev office

 

For this position you must be an expert in:


  • Ruby, jruby (3+ years of experience)
  • Rails, Sinatra, Rack
  • REST
  • Git
  • MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, database sharding
  • UML
  • good knowledge of SOAP/WSDL, XML-RPC
  • software architecture design
  • Fluent English (good spiking level + ability to create specifications and technical documents)

It would be great, if you also have:

  • Flash/Flex programming experience
  • Ruby, Rails open source projects (plugins, gems)


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing web-application development team
  • Planning team work
  • High-level application design
