Main requirements: 
 

  • University Degree (preferably technical specialization – statistics, mathematics, programming;
  • Knowledge of relational databases, SQL;
  • As a plus: experience in CRM systems (preferably knowledge of CRM Siebel);
  • As a plus: knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript;
  • PC user (excellent knowledge of MS Office: Excel);
  • Good communication skills; ability to work under pressure, high self-motivation, team player;
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (spoken, written).

Job responsibilities: 

  • Provide analytical support:
  • Create reports and dashboards in Oracle OBIEE environment;
  • Maintain existing reports and dashboards to ensure their usability and effective visualization;
  • Create ad-hoc reports to answer specific requests from the marketing/trade marketing/sales departments;
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide changes in terms of reports structure;
  • Maintain and ensure good performance of the available reports;
  • Provide users support:
  • Develop manuals and instructions for OBIEE users;  
  • Dedicated people development, conduct trainings, provide answers on “how-to” questions; 
  • Act as main point of contact for regional assistances (~50 employees) in terms of resolution of regional user’s issues and advising on data uploading;
  • Control the quality and consistency of trade marketing data:
  • Collect and analyze information for OBIEE issues;
  • Control data consistency between OLTP and OLAP;
  • Ensure proper investigation and resolution level on the issues faced in the system;
  • Communication with service center and central support team.
