Responsibilities:

• Participation and Leadership in internal IT services development projects;
• Technical support of server and engineering equipment of the corporate datacenter;
• Deployment and administering of Microsoft Back Office products;
• Duty engineer work, second line support for incidents and tickets;
• Creating and support of technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Completed higher technical education;
• Knowledge and operation experience in administration of MS products: Windows Server, Exchange Server, Outlook, Active Directory;
• Advanced knowledge of virtualization technologies; practical skills in deployment and administration of VMWare ESX;
• Knowledge of computer network basics, network protocols;
• Basic operation experience with engineering equipment of data processing centers (UPS, air conditioners);
• Knowledge in IT services and processes model;
• Knowledge and experience in deployment and operation of data storage systems. Experience of support EMC data storage systems will be an advantage;
• Team work ability; readiness and ability to learn new material;
• Knowledge in IT projects management;
• Operational experience with MS System Center product set;
• Knowledge of VBA, VBScript, Power Shell programming languages;
• Experience in support of MS SQL environment; 
• English-working knowledge;
