Currently on behalf of our client, Code Worldwide, we are expanding current team in Dnepropetrovsk and looking for a Senior .NET developer/Team leader. 

To lead the group of developers and QAs working on development and adaptations of an extraordinary marketing automation application – sort of virtual advertising agency. Work within an open-minded, dynamic team. Huge and interesting domain, living and breathing applications used by respectful clients such as General Motors, Acura, Peugeot, and Citroen. Requirements: 
Proven group leadership experience. Working on a multiple projects on the same time. Up to 7 projects; 3-4 as usual 
The specifics of project development and company organization requires Team Lead to supervise development being done using several languages and technologies. 
So the ideal candidate should have the knowledge and experience on both FLEX and NET platforms. 
Strong experience in NET is a must. 
Willing and ability to develop using both NET and FLEX after the probation/learning period is an essential plus. 

Candidate should show the proper mixture of the skills: 

General leadership skills: 
Ability to define development culture and standards 
Ability to perform tracking and assessment of developers tasks

General technical skills: 
Understanding the sense of OOP/OOD 
Using of OOP and patterns 
Understanding of SOA 
Ability to develop enterprise level application architecture 

FLEX skills: 
FLEX application development experience 
Flex Data Services experience 
Flex MVC frameworks – such as Cairngorm, Swiz, Robotlegs 
Usability techniques(skinning, styling) 

NET skills: 
С#, Web Services and ASP.NET experience 
MVC, AOP, IoC, ORM frameworks – such as Unity, NHibernate… 

Optional skills (is a bonus): 
HTML/CSS/Javascript and AJAX experience is a plus 
MS SQL database experience is a plus 
Flash experience is a plus 
AIR experience is a plus
