Experience:

  • 2+ years  experience in Contact Center Industry and Business Process Outsourcing
  • 2+ years  experience in Software Company
  • 2+ years  experience in managing large-scale projects (Infrastructure and Software development)
  • 2+ years  experience in working in Multi-national environment 

SKILLS:

  • Experience in Contact Center systems and applications including Automatic Call Distribution, Call Management System, Interactive Voice Response Systems, Predictive Dialer, Call recording platforms, Work Force Management System and External Call History Interfaces
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Experience in Agile Technology/ Scrum
  • Extensive experience in Applications  Systems Development and Software Development Life Cycle
  • Experience in managing complex network infrastructure roll out including  LAN/WAN, VPN
  • Sure knowledge of  MS Project  or Team Work PM and  Tracking systems (Rally Dev)
  • Familiar with databases (Oracle, MSSQL,  Microsoft Access)
  • Familiar with Operating Systems (Windows and UNIX)
  • Managed onshore and off-shore project teams
  • Able to communicate in English language

Preferred (not a requirement)

  • PMP Certification
  •  Scrum/Agile Certification
