Job Summary: CDMA / PCS CDMA2000 1x EVDO GSM UMTS Cellular Handset Development

Requirements:

• Degree / Major:
  
  •  Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Master of Sciences (MS)Degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering
• Career:
  
  •  8+ years of experience in CDMA / GSM SW development of mobile handset and launching to the commercial market
  •  Working knowledge of developing and manufacturing the embedded mobile handset
  •  Hands on experience in building the environment of embedded system (C/C++, REX, ARM, In Circuit Emulator (Trace32), etc.)
  •  Experience in software project leadership for several years. Skill in managing the project schedule, part member, carrier's requirement, and quality control
• Language: 
  
  • Highly required fluent English (or Korean)

Responsibilities and Duties:

•  Technical SW project leadership
•  Working closely with implementation engineers and supporting them by providing technical knowledge
•  Managing the project schedule and follow up the carrier's requirement specification
•  Managing the sub part leader (a leader for small group members who are assigned to specific SW module)
•  Managing the Samsung Product Life Cycle procedure and follow up the QA process tightly.
•  Building a good teamwork
•  Responsibility for one’s duty is highly required
