Are you ready to impress us?

The successful candidate will be part of the co-located Stockholm-Kiev team, developing the Emediate web client.

You should have an academic education in Computer Science or equivalent. You should have professional experience from Python. Preferably you also have experience from python web frameworks, such as django or web2py.

You will be working in a highly motivated and skilled team, so quality, initiatives and responsibility must be personal traits of yours.

Duties

The current web client is written in c/c++ and we're now undertaking a huge project to rewrite everything to python.

As developer you will be part of creating a great web application from ground up. We put a lot of focus on quality and invest time in automated tests and integrations, which means that automation initiatives are highly valued.

The new application is written in the web2py framework together with jQuery. Your challenges will vary from creating a intuitive and responsive interface to creating graphs that explains complex data in an easy way.

We work in a Kanban process with our PM located in Stockholm together with our CTO. We have daily stand-ups on video conference and digital tools for sharing backlogs and info.
